Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible person may register one account only on zt7777. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account details if any of your information changes. zt7777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Your responsibilities with respect to account security include:

All bets and transactions placed from your account are deemed to have been made by you unless you have promptly notified zt7777 of a security breach in accordance with the above.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

zt7777 maintains PKR-denominated player accounts. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• zt7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Deposits that have not been subject to at least one wagering turn-over may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

zt7777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. • A bet is deemed accepted once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. zt7777 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at its discretion prior to confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zt7777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per person, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

• Technical errors, service interruptions, or downtime affecting your ability to access the Platform or place bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

Account Suspension & Termination

zt7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated into these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from zt7777.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player without prior contact with zt7777 support.
• Extended account inactivity, as further described below.
• A requirement under applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been made for a continuous period of 12 months. zt7777 will notify you by email prior to applying inactivity fees or closing an inactive account. A monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 (or the account balance if lower) may be deducted from inactive accounts following this notice period.

Upon termination of your account, zt7777 will return any available real-money balance to you via your verified payment method, less any applicable fees, provided the account closure was not initiated due to a breach of these Terms.

Disputes & Governing Law

Dispute Process: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the zt7777 service, you must contact the support team in the first instance. Please provide full details of your concern, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and the specific outcome you are disputing. zt7777 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days.

Betting disputes relating to settled markets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated at zt7777's discretion.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with zt7777's final response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the escalation procedures set out in zt7777's licence conditions. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zt7777's international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licence.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any dispute, the English text shall be the authoritative version regardless of any translation provided for convenience.

Amendments to These Terms

zt7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
